I'm sorry but the support for the "all in one" installation was removed a couple of version back, for a good reason I might add.

The reason being that OpenIDS is "targeting" the mid to large size IDS installation market. And in order to handle the traffic and computing
load I decided to split the installation, so that the sensor "only" collects and the center is doing all the after analyze work.

Also it made development a bit easier, OpenIDS is a one man show (with some great supporters)..so it has to be easy ;)

I you don't care to reconsider and going for a split solution, there is a IDS bundle based on Linux called EasyIDS that might fit your need.
